Join me for a 5-week evening yoga course at Girls Who Paint Studio. Learn tools to help you slow down, find ease and calm.
Each session will include:
movement
yoga poses
breathing exercises
mindfulness
rest
No prior yoga is necessary, only a desire to move and breathe and connect to yourself. No fancy yoga clothes are necessary, wear something that feels cozy and comfortable to move in. You will need to bring a yoga mat and TWO blankets.
Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and at peace.
