Our sessions together are a balanced blend of:
~ Gentle yoga and movements for body awareness, flexibility, balance & circulation
~ Breath Work
~ Restorative poses (for relaxation and de-stress)
~ Simple meditation (body and breathing awareness + calming visualizations)

I had taken many yoga classes over the years before I started doing yoga with Helén. As I got older I realized that I wanted a more personalized approach to yoga, one which took into account my changing body, and one that was more relaxing and meditative.
