Living Bliss Yoga for MOTHERS was created from a deep desire to be a healthy mother and find calm, steadiness and peace in the midst of it all.

I truly believe that from a simple and steady yoga and meditation practice everything works better.

This is a space for you to practice the rituals of yoga, breathing, movement, meditation and living yoga.

Here we focus on the process, the journey of being a mother and a woman.
