Join me for a 6-week yoga course at Girls Who Paint Studio this autumn.
Each session will include:
-movement for circulation & release
-yoga poses for balance & flexibility
-breathing exercises for calm & ease
-mindfulness to use in everyday life
-deep relaxation for restoration & rejuvenation
No prior yoga is necessary, only a desire to move and breathe and connect to yourself. No fancy yoga clothes are necessary, wear something that feels cozy and comfortable to move in. You will need to bring a yoga mat and two blankets.
Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and at peace.
