Yoga & Mindfulness Course

Yoga Course for Women

Join me for a 5-week yoga & mindfulness course at Girls Who Paint Studio.


Each session will include: 

-yoga poses for balance & calm

-gentle movement for stress relief

-breathing exercises to soothe the nervous system

-mindfulness to use in everyday life

-deep relaxation for restoration & rejuvenation


No prior yoga is necessary, only a desire to move and breathe and connect to yourself. No fancy yoga clothes are necessary, wear something that feels cozy and comfortable to move in. You will need to bring a yoga mat and two blankets.


Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and at peace.
