We meet online (FaceTime or Skype) so you can practice in the comfort of your own home and I'll guide you into deep rest and relaxation.
These 35 minutes includes:
~Short check-in
~Simple stretches
~Breathing exercises
~Guided deep relaxation
You need:
Wifi and FaceTime or Skype
A comfortable place to rest
Some blankets
You will create a closer relationship to your body, breath and the stillness within.
Learn to pause and relax. De-stress and slow down.
Investment:
One 35-minute session $44
Payment is due prior to the session.
