That's the November theme at Living Bliss Yoga. Where can we pause and take that exhale? Can we deepen our breathing in the middle of everything and find the softness and release. I believe deeply in the breath as a healing tool. Pause. Soften. Exhale deeply.
Why do we need that exhale? To release tension. For more clarity. To dive deeper into the present. Finding inner peace. To re-center.
