Our sessions together are tailored to your needs and are a balanced blend of:
~ Relaxing Meditative Yoga
~ Movements for body awareness & circulation
~ Breath Work (Pranayama)
~ Restorative Yoga (resting with support from blankets and bolsters)
~ Yoga Nidra (be guided into deep rest)
~ Simple Meditation (body and breathing awareness + calming visualizations)

I had taken many yoga classes over the years before I started doing yoga with Helén. As I got older I realized that I wanted a more personalized approach to yoga, one which took into account my changing body, and one that was more relaxing and meditative. Taking private classes with Helén was the perfect solution. Helén is not only a wonderful teacher, she is also a beautiful calming presence.
